When you use our Services, we automatically collect: Pages visited and features accessed; Session duration and interaction patterns; Device type, browser, and operating system; IP address and approximate location (country/city level). This data is collected using analytics tools and used in aggregate to improve our Services. This data does not personally identify you.

2.3 Communications Data

If you contact us via email, WhatsApp, or contact form, we store the content of the communication and your contact details to respond and for internal records.

• Cloudflare infrastructure, for hosting, data storage, and network security, operating under a data processing agreement with us.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure located in the Asia-Pacific region. We implement industry-standard security measures, including: Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS); Encrypted password storage (bcrypt or equivalent); Access controls limiting who can view personal data internally; Periodic security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify you immediately if a data breach occurs affecting your personal data, as required by UU PDP.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data while your account is active or as long as necessary to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless storage is required by law.

Analytics data is stored in aggregated and anonymized form indefinitely.

8. Your Rights

Under UU PDP, you have the right to:

• Access, request a copy of the personal data we store about you
• Correction, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion, request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Withdrawal of consent, withdraw your consent to processing at any time (this may affect your ability to use our Services)
• Objection, object to certain types of data processing
• Data portability, request your data in a structured and machine-readable format
