PT Angkasa Solusi Digital ("SKYION", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website skyion.id and its associated services and dashboard ("Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable Indonesian law — including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) as amended. When you register or log in, we collect: full name; email address; encrypted password (for email/password login); Google account info (for Google login).
2.2 Usage & Analytics Data

2.3 Communications Data
Messages you send via email, WhatsApp, or contact form (content + contact details) for responses and records.

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (APAC). Security measures: TLS/HTTPS, encrypted passwords, access controls, periodic reviews. No method is 100% secure; we will notify you of breaches as required by UU PDP.

We retain personal data while your account is active or as needed to provide Services. If you delete your account, we delete/anonymize data within 30 days except where law requires retention. Analytics data is retained anonymized indefinitely.
8. Your Rights
